A group of trash talking guys at a bar carelessly insult their female bartender. Undaunted, singing the title song, she gets her revenge by serving her "special potion". The next day each man awakens to discover he's turned into a woman. The guys re-unite, as women, and in their struggle to break the spell they are changed forever.
