Cellar Door Film Festival is Now Accepting Entries - Closed

Cellar Door Film Festival (CDFF)invites filmmakers to submit speculative films of both short and feature length, which include, but are not limited to, films made within the genres of: horror, thriller, science fiction, fantasy, avant-garde, experimental, the supernatural, alternative history, mystery, grindhouse cinema, and everything else in between.

CDFF welcomes films from local, national and international filmmakers. Filmmakers from the Greater Ottawa Area can submit one short film for free (see website for details). By encouraging local productions, CDFF hopes to showcase the strength of our rapidly expanding film and arts community.

In order to facilitate as many submissions as possible CDFF offers two submission methods: 1) upload your film online via Festhome or 2) submit a hardcopy by mail.

Early Bird:
July 15: Ottawa Shorts - FREE | Shorts: $15.00 | Features: $25.00

Regular Deadline:
August 15: Ottawa Shorts - $15.00 | Shorts: $20.00 | Features: $30.00
